Most motorists have only a hazy knowledge of automobile insurance. They seldom browse the fine print. There is nothing mysterious about automobile insurance – official statement. It is Protection. Basically, there are two kinds.

Present-day juries generate whopping big verdicts. They assume every defendant is insured. When you have no insurance, you can’t make it proven to the jury. They’ll assume you might be covered. Are you compelled to carry liability insurance? Technically, the answer then is no. The theory is that, you are eligible to one accident, equally as you often hear that each dog is eligible for one bite.
Perhaps some drivers carry no insurance simply because they believe they are able to avoid accidents by careful driving. In practice, only the foolhardy go without being insured.
